Terms and Conditions1. All prices are in pounds sterling. Overseas buyers should contact us for shipping charges before ordering. 2. We do not accept Paypal, Western Union or other electronic payment schemes except those outlined on the How to Order page. 3. If payment is by cheque we will not print the items until the cheque has cleared which is normally five working days after being paid into our account. After printing the items will be despatched the next working day. 4. Your photograph will be returned after the items are printed and the scanned in image deleted from our hard drive five working days after the items are posted to you. 5. Errors and omissions must be notified immediately on receipt and the items returned to us for examination. ( We will not exchange mugs if they have been printed according to your original instructions.) 6. Proof of posting is always obtained, & goods are always well packed. Always consider insurance, recorded, or special delivery as we are not responsible for goods which are delayed, lost or damaged in transit. It will be the buyers responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. We are always happy to provide a copy of our proof of posting upon request. 7. All goods are offered subject to availability and an alternative may be offered or the item withdrawn without prior notice. 8.
When buying goods or services via the internet you are entering into a legally
binding contract. In the event of a dispute UK Law is the applicable law.
